Privacy policy
What we keep
- An anonymous account key stored in your browser, your chosen language and market, and the name and line about you that you choose to show.
- An approximate area from your connection (rounded to about 2 km), or a precise location rounded to about 1 km if you choose to share it, used only to show distance ranges and match people nearby. You can switch back to approximate or hide your distance at any time. Photos you upload, likes, profile views (kept 30 days), call bookings and conversation messages.
- Your age-check result (passed or failed and the method). Age-check providers hold any documents, not us.
- Purchases: pack, amount, date, payment method. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us.
- For earners: identity check result, consent record, payout details, your direct-call price, and the photos you choose to upload to your gallery (a blurred preview is public; the full photos are shown only to people who paid your price).
- Connections you make, the messages you exchange with them (including which were paid), favourites you mark, and galleries you unlocked.
- Reports and moderation decisions. When you report someone, one still image from their video at that moment is attached to the report so we can review it. It is kept for 90 days or until the case is closed.
- Your connection address (IP), used only to limit abuse, free trials and bans. Kept for 7 days.
What we do not keep
Live video and audio go directly between users and are not recorded by us. Random-chat messages are not stored after the chat ends, except text attached to a report.
Why
To run the service, prevent fraud and abuse, meet age-check and payment-network rules, and keep accounts and tax records.
Who sees it
Age-check and payment providers see what you give them directly. We share nothing else, except with the authorities when the law requires it. Our network provider, Cloudflare, counts page visits for us without cookies and without identifying you (page, country, device type, browser).
Your rights
You can download your data and delete your account from your profile at any time. Some records (payments, earner identity) must be kept for legal reasons. Questions and requests: [email protected].
