Terms of service
Unstrange connects adults for live one-to-one video and text chat. By using it you agree to these terms. The service is run by the operator named at the foot of this page.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to use adult services where you live. Where the law requires it, we check age before video starts. Accounts that appear to belong to a minor are closed and may be reported.
Minutes, passes and payments
Chat is paid with minutes bought in packs. An optional Premium pass adds extra features for 24 hours; it includes no minutes and never renews. One minute of random chat uses one minute from your balance; private and direct calls use the rate shown before you start. A woman's rate for direct and private calls can rise, up to double her usual rate, while many people want to talk to her at the same time; the rate shown when you start or book a call is the rate for that whole call. Gifts, messages to connections beyond the free ones, and photo-gallery unlocks are taken from your balance at once, at the price shown. Paying with cryptocurrency adds the extra minutes shown at checkout. Minutes do not expire and have no cash value. Prices include VAT where it applies.
No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable: minute packs, Premium passes, gifts and private-call charges, whether paid by card, local payment method or cryptocurrency. Minutes and passes are delivered to your account at the moment of payment. By paying you ask us to start providing the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel once delivery has started. Unused minutes are not paid back, and crypto payments cannot be reversed. Please contact us before disputing a card charge with your bank; accounts with chargebacks cannot buy minutes. The only exception is a chat that failed for technical reasons on our side: tell us at [email protected] and we add the minutes back.
Premium
Premium is an optional 24-hour pass bought once. It includes no minutes, does not renew by itself and ends after 24 hours unless you buy it again. It is not refundable, in full or in part, once bought.
Earning
Women and creators earn points for time spent in chat, for gifts and for private calls. Points can be paid out once they reach the minimum shown in your account. Women pass an identity check and sign a consent form before their first call. Points can be paid out 14 days after they are earned, only to an account in the name on your ID; points paid for with a payment that is later refunded or charged back are removed while they are on hold. A new payout account needs a new identity check and becomes active after 72 hours. Points have no value until paid out and can be removed if they were earned by breaking the rules or through fraud.
Invite bonus: if a woman you invited with your link earns here, you receive an extra share of her earnings for a limited period, paid by us and never taken from her. The share, the period and the conditions are shown in your profile. It starts only after both of you pass the identity check and she has several different paying customers, and each part is paid after a holding period. Inviting yourself, using a second account, or sending your own money through her account is fraud: the bonus is cancelled and both accounts may be closed. We may change or end the invite bonus for new invites at any time.
Your account
There is no password. Your account key, shown in your profile, is the only credential: keep it safe and private. We cannot restore an account whose key is lost.
Conduct
Follow the community rules. We may end chats, remove minutes bought with stolen cards, suspend accounts pending review, and close accounts that break the rules or the law.
Recording
Do not record or capture other users. Video is watermarked with a code linked to the viewer's account, and we act on leaks, including by closing accounts and passing details to the authorities.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your profile. We may close an account for breach of these terms. Unused minutes on an account closed for breach are forfeited.
Liability and law
The service is provided as is. Users are responsible for what they say and show. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in the country where you live. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
